Yoga Basics: Relax and Renew 9:30-10:45am (all levels of experience, gentle-moderate challenge)

Take a mid morning break to enjoy a balanced Yoga and Meditation experience designed to support you throughout your day! Learn and expand upon this unique presentation of Yoga and additional awareness and movement practices designed to restore and renew body mind and spirit. Based upon a deep understanding of the layers and levels of bodily movement, alignment and function, attention is given to core and outer physical strength, flexibility and overall balance. Meditation, awareness, and mindful attention to breath enhances a sense of power, focus and deep stress release. Kundalini yoga employs breathing practices with postures, movement stretching and meditation in specific sequences and forms to bring maximum benefits and amazing benefits to all aspects of the Self. Utilize this amazing practice to support enhanced physical flexibility and tone, expanded energy, deep stress release, heightened awareness and transformational healing. Modifications to the practices are available to encouraged any level of student to work at their own pace as they learn and explore this extraordinary synthesis of yoga practices. The higher practices of deep relaxation, breathwork and meditation are integrated into the experience to facilitate stress release and deepen inner peace and well-being on and off the yoga mat.
