Resolve to be Pain free in 2012! When episodes of pain and effects of injuries persist despite your best efforts to resolve them, the challenges to health, peace of mind and the limitations it creates can erode any semblance of a well-lived life. Repetitive Stress Injury, back pain, Tennis Elbow, bursitis, arthritis, low energy, dizziness and a full array of other chronic conditions may all have musculoskeletal misalignment their root cause. Utilizing elements of Yoga and therapeutic movement practices informed by the remarkable functional alignment approach developed by Pete Egoscue in this workshop you will:
***Perform specific tests to discover just how and why posture misalignment may at the cause of so much of your musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
***Directly re-experience and regain insight into how your posture and musculoskeletal function are impacting your health and well-being.
***Enjoy positional movements, stretches, Yoga posture and other therapeutic exercises sequenced according to this ingenious non medical approach designed to restore postural alignment and function.
***Develop a plan to move beyond the pain, undue limitations and distress that musculo-skeletal imbalances can create and begin to re-build a life with fewer limits, enhanced fitness and authentic well-being.
Experience the possibilities so many have discovered on their journey to wellness; as you uncover and resolve the deeper postural root causes of much chronic pain the window opens to enjoy the potential of pain free living and a life of expanded scope and enjoyment.
