Creative Edge Yoga uses information you provide to respond to inquiries and communicate about classes and services. This policy explains how we handle that information, newsletter subscriptions, and website data.
Contacting us
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and message. We use it to respond and handle your request. Email links on this website open your email application.
Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through general inquiries or newsletter signup. If you need to discuss a health concern or accommodation, contact us by telephone before sharing details. If we receive sensitive health information, we use it only as reasonably necessary to respond, address health or safety concerns, or comply with law. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or sale, and delete it when no longer reasonably necessary.
Newsletters
Newsletter signup is optional and takes place on a separate page hosted by Constant Contact. You provide your email address and consent to receive Creative Edge Yoga newsletters, class announcements, and related updates. Constant Contact processes subscriber information and consent records to manage our list and deliver emails.
Emails may track opens and link clicks to help us understand readership. These reports can be affected by email privacy features and automated security checks. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We may keep a limited record of your unsubscribe request to honor it, along with records needed for legal obligations.
Our website’s cookie settings do not control Constant Contact’s signup page. See the Constant Contact Data Notice for its practices and available choices.
Website information, cookies, and analytics
Our hosting provider and website software may process IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and visit times to operate and secure the site. WordPress also uses cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in.
Cookiebot by Usercentrics manages cookie choices and records consent preferences. Necessary cookies remain enabled. You can decline optional cookies and still use the website, or change your choices through the cookie settings button. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect website functions.
Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept Statistics cookies. It processes information such as pages viewed, visit times, approximate location, device and browser details, and cookie identifiers. We use its reports to understand readership and improve the website.
Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents, or health information as analytics fields. Automatic form and site-search tracking are disabled; query strings and page fragments are excluded from the page addresses sent to Google. Analytics cookies have a configured 90-day expiration.
Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection by our website but does not automatically delete information already collected. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Meta Pixel is not installed.
Service providers and sharing
Web Hosting Hub provides hosting and email services. Our site uses WordPress, Cookiebot, and, with consent, Google Analytics. Constant Contact provides newsletter services. Providers process information as necessary to deliver and secure their services.
We may also use or disclose information to maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse or fraud, comply with law, prevent harm, or protect legal rights. Creative Edge Yoga does not sell personal information for money or use sensitive health information for targeted advertising or profiling.
When you follow links to outside services, including class registration, Zoom, Facebook, or LinkedIn, those services’ privacy policies apply.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Information may remain temporarily in backups or provider records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and opt out of certain uses or disclosures. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request and exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions.
Email alan@creativeedgeyoga.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification. To appeal a denial where applicable, use the same address and the subject “Privacy Appeal.”

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information online without appropriate authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent to alan@creativeedgeyoga.com.
